Optimization of Control System for Electromagnetic Heating Cigarette Device

Abstract To solve the problems of electromagnetic heating cigarette devices in speed and temperature control accuracy, optimization system was carried out based on current device. And special for device designed, which powered by a lithium battery designed with half-bridge push-pull double resonant capacitor. According to test, prototype can preheat at 350 °C 7 seconds fastest, an average rate 44.33 °C/s; The maximum deviation constant stage cannot exceed 5 °C, accuracy be ± 1.47%; simulated suction stage, warmed back from 280 340 3 seconds. Compared original dual-tube single-capacitor circuit, it has nearly power. experimental data shows that rise significantly improved, giving full play performance advantages heating.
